      GreenShift Plant Purchase & Greenhouse Installation Terms & Conditions

      By purchasing plants, greenhouse structures, or related agricultural systems from GreenShift, the customer agrees to all company policies, operational procedures, and terms & conditions mentioned below.

      2. Product Availability

      All plants, greenhouse materials, and equipment are subject to availability. GreenShift reserves the right to modify product specifications, dimensions, brands, or materials based on seasonal stock, supplier availability, and project requirements.

      3. Order Confirmation

      Orders will be considered officially confirmed only after:

      • Advance payment confirmation
      • Signed quotation or agreement approval
      • Project scheduling confirmation by GreenShift

      4. Pricing Policy

      Prices may vary depending on:

      • Material market price
      • Import and shipping cost
      • Currency exchange rate
      • Transportation charges
      • Customization requirements
      • Seasonal demand

      Confirmed orders will maintain agreed pricing unless major market fluctuations occur.

      5. Payment Terms

      • Full or partial advance payment may be required before production or shipment.
      • Remaining payment must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.
      • Delayed payments may result in delivery or installation delays.

      6. Greenhouse Construction Timeline

      The estimated manufacturing, shipping, and installation timeline for greenhouse projects is approximately 3–4 months depending on:

      • Transportation and labor availability

      Unexpected external factors may affect the completion schedule.

      7. Site Preparation Responsibility

      The customer must ensure proper project site preparation before installation, including:

      • Water supply
      • Vehicle and road accessibility
      • Safe working environment

      Any delay caused by incomplete site preparation may extend the installation timeline.

      8. Delivery Conditions

      9. Greenhouse Structure & Material Standards

      GreenShift greenhouse systems are built using premium-quality materials designed for long-term agricultural use.

      10. Plant Condition & Biological Variation

      All plants are checked before delivery. However, natural differences in:

      • Leaf color

      • Fruit development

      are considered normal biological variations and not product defects.

      11. Customer Responsibility After Delivery

      After receiving plants or greenhouse systems, proper management becomes the customer’s responsibility, including:

      • Irrigation management
      • Fertilizer application
      • Pest and disease control
      • Temperature and humidity management
      • Proper crop maintenance

      GreenShift will not be responsible for damages caused by improper handling or environmental conditions after delivery.

      12. No Guaranteed Yield or Profit

      GreenShift does not guarantee fixed crop yield, production quantity, or financial profit because agricultural performance depends on:

      • Climate conditions
      • Crop management
      • Market demand
      • Pest and disease situations
      • Water and nutrient management
      • Farming practices

      13. Replacement & Damage Policy

      Replacement requests may only be considered if:

      • Wrong products are delivered
      • Materials are severely damaged during transport
      • Valid proof is provided within the reporting period

      Replacement approval remains subject to GreenShift verification.

      14. Technical Support

      Basic operational and cultivation guidance may be provided. However, successful farming results depend on customer management and operational practices.

      15. Cancellation & Refund Policy

      • Customized greenhouse orders generally cannot be canceled after production begins.
      • Advance payments for customized systems may be non-refundable.
      • Refund approval depends on project stage and company policy.

      16. Force Majeure

      GreenShift shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond company control, including:

      • Flood
      • Storm
      • Fire
      • Pandemic
      • Political instability
      • Government restrictions
      • Natural disasters
      • Transportation disruption
      • Power failure

      17. Installation & Project Handover

      After installation completion, the greenhouse project will be inspected and officially handed over to the customer. Basic operational training or guidance may be provided during handover.

      18. Confidentiality

      Project pricing, technical drawings, operational methods, and business information provided by GreenShift are confidential and may not be publicly shared without written permission.

      19. Modification Rights

      GreenShift reserves the right to update or modify specifications, materials, operational processes, pricing, and terms & conditions when necessary for business improvement or legal compliance.

      20. Legal Compliance

      All transactions, agreements, and operations are governed under the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

      21. Acceptance
